| Dear Eric, I am so pleased with the window tinting! Since I had no prior experience with window tinting, I was unsure if I would really like it. My tenant, who lives in the studio behind my home loves it! She was initially concerned that tinting would cut out the light which she loves. Well, she is so happy with the result. Even in this heat wave, she has not used her air conditioner unit at all. She feels much better about her puppy being home while she is away. That room used to bake with it having 3 outside walls. As far as the windows that you did in my house, my sons rooms are so much cooler. They used to bake with the direct afternoon sun all afternoon since there are no big trees out front for shade. And the biggest surprise for me was the glare reduction. As you know, I decided to have the south facing living room window done because of the sun and heat. I opted not to have you do the West facing front living room picture window because it has a covered porch and does not get direct sunlight and heat onto it. |

Well, when the
windows were done, I couldn't believe how much glare came in through
that window, while none came in via the south facing window! I knew instantly
that I wanted that window done just for the glare factor, with my concrete
driveway reflecting the light. I really didn't realize how much glare
was coming in. And it really is surprising to me that tinting can cut
glare and not reduce the amount of sunlight coming in! It is so worth
the extra cost for that benefit! Also, I want to tell you that I was so satisfied with your professionalism, which means a lot, especially since I also have my own business. Whom It May Concern, Premium Window Tinting installed new window tinting on The Ramada Inn San Diego So. in September of 2002. Eric Allen and his crew did an excellent job. Eric had many suggestions on how we could improve our 97+ rooms, conference rooms and offices so as to make them more energy efficient. When it came time to remove the outdated film and install the new film, Eric and his crew were very clean and professional. They were very flexible and polite as well. Eric, It's been about a month since you applied 20% window tinting to my loft/computer room/family room. I am very pleased with the way it has turned out. It has effectively reduced the glare on my tv and computer screens and we now enjoy having the window blinds open. We no longer are a prisoner to our own home due to the beautfiul Southern California sun :) The softer tones and more relaxed "light" brings a more relaxing feel to our home and I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone with windows to rooms that are directly facing the sun or better yet for a semi-private effect which is created by the darker tint windows. We certainly will save up some more money so you can do other windows of our house. I'll be in touch soon. Thanks again, and let me know if I can do anything for you. We were afraid that our beautiful views
would be diminished by seeing them through tinted windows. So, for many
years we suffered heat and glare from the southwestern sun. One day I
met Eric and had numerous conversations with him. He knows a great deal
about tinting and overcame our anxieties. He promised that he would do
an excellent job and that we would be happy with it. He did do an excellent
job! He took a personal interest in pleasing us. The view is as beautiful
as ever, and we have protection against the heat of the sun. Eric is
a man who listens and cares about his client's needs. I chose the product
because of his knowledge and sincerity, and I am very glad that I did.
P.S. Before we called Eric, we tried those black roll down shades, the company that installed them said they would cut heat and we still could see our beautiful view. He was very wrong.
